Summary: Excellent earphones! 2008-06-23
Comment: I have tried other entry level earphones from Sony, Panasonic, and Coby but this pair of AKGs comes out on top. It has a full, warm, sound with a good amount of bass which is uncommon for this style of earphone. Other models are usually too boomy with enhanced bass, or too thin and shrill with over-emphasis on high frequencies.
