Mostly open air design is nice for use at work where annoying co-workers and manager types keep asking you questions, and for walking outside where you need to be able to hear approching cars, bikes, killers, and so on. Easy to unfold and put on, easy to take off. Nice flexible cord, not too long. May actually be too short if you have a long neck like E.T., though. Very good comfort level for me.
