Lightweight Set (CVH42) - If you really like this set, I would highly recommend you to buy the seperate set, because this is probably the only set in this combo really worth having.

More deep into the lightweight set, the sound quality is excellent. The bass can get very deep with the 40mm drivers, and the treble is clear.

Watch out with this set on durability, though. The first set I got, the right speaker would not turn on, and on the second set the earpads are chipping off on normal usage.

They are very comfortable to wear as of course they're called the lightweight set.


Clip-On Set (CVH69, but no volume control in combo) -


First the positives; the sound quality is very good on this set. Not quite as good as the CVH42, but still very good, and clear.

I love the clip ons so much, I am ordering another pair. I bought this set at Big Lots for very cheap, and never used the buds or the over the ear phones. I LOVE the clip-ons. Comfortable and great sound. The foam is worn out on mine, but they still crank out the sound on my ipod. Buds and in the ear units don't work for me (they don't stay in my ears while running) so these are a god-send. Much cheaper than others on the market, but quality construction. I was surprised, as I had not been familiar with Coby and associated them with low end electronics at Wal Mart. These exceeded (and continue to exceed) all expectations.

These don't seem to fit well, a little too loose and being very lightweight doesn't seem to help that. I find them slipping off every now and then. I guess you get what you pay for. Sound quality is fine though.
