these guys are my second pair of Coby earphones... just received them and unfortunately I have to say that first of all they look cheap (pic looks so much better!!), and what is even worse... they sound super cheap!! Previous ones (Coby CVE92) were cheaper and sounds so much better!! These guys.. when I press play/stop there is this weird/annoying sound "hshh". ANd sound quality is sooo Low :/ Dont even feel like using them :/
Dont bother and get the other ones!

These earbuds, would've gotten 1 star from me, aside from the fact that they were a cute pink color. The sound was not what I was expecting, especially from a pair that was noise isolating. I was expecting better quality than others in terms of sound, but the sound was one-dimensional. I guess they would be ok for the bus or train, where it's a loud environment, but in my quiet room, I didn't like how the sound was ALL bass, and basically nothing else. I would not reccomend this product for someone who cares a lot about sound quality, like me. It seems like the way they're supposed to block sound actually makes listening to the music worse, too, because they plug your ears and it blocks the sound coming right from them. If you're looking for average earbuds, and you don't care how the music sounds, then you might actually consider buying these. For my personal uses, though, They weren't great.

EDIT:
I got these back in January, and I did not like them for using...Read more

PROs:

They are cheap first of all, I use them for my ipod, phone, and nintendo DS and they all sound pretty good for the price compared to the more expensive headsets I buy for gaming.

This is a HUGE PLUS, they are extremely comfortable!!! I love how they ACTUALLY stay in my ear! The original Ipod headphones used to fall out and hurt my ear after a while, thing is I ride the train a lot and sometimes from 3-4 hours for one trip 2 or 3 times a month and not much to do on a train for that many hours besides listen to music while doing paper/computer work.

Another thing is, these headphones reduce a lot of outside noise, which is usually a good thing, but I do have to constantly take them out or pause to hear someone speak or whatever other outside noises which can be good or bad, but this coming from a person who worries a lot :^). But, it is nice for the times I usually use them, like on the train so I don't hear all those noisy people...Read more
