Summary: Good sound, good deal. 2008-11-09
Comment: I purchased these headphones because they are the in-ear style and they are purple. The sound is much better than my old headphones (Ipod standard). I can hear details of the music and I don't have to have the volume maxed out. The cord is not normal rubber, it's rubber with string/thread wrapped around it. I'm not sure what the benefit is, but I can tell you the drawback is that they won't lie flat - instead they tend to hold whatever bent shape they were wrapped up in and the rubber sort of pops out of the thread weave.
These are the first headphones I have owned with asymmetrical cords. One earbud is on a longer cord than the other, which is supposed to help keep them off to the side and out of the way. Unfortunately I have found that, because the cord hangs off to the side rather than down the middle of my chest, I am often accidentally pulling one earbud out of my ear just by the movement of my arm against my body. I will note that this issue might be limited to women or to men who have large pectoral muscles.
I was alarmed when I got the package and saw a lead warning on it. It says "handling this product will expose you to lead." Not MIGHT expose you...WILL expose you. Seems like something you should know BEFORE you buy a product. But I looked into it on the internet and it seems that this is a standard warning on any prodcut that has even the tiniest lead in in (inside, for the electronic bits) and the wording was hopefully just a translation issue.

Summary: Terrible fit. 2008-09-19
Comment: I really don't like these headphones. I'm a bit of an audiophile and tried to go cheap while upgrading from the buds that came with my iPod. The sound is pretty good, but they don't stay in well and the fit is terrible. I would disagree and say they're not good for sleeping unless you have a gigantic ear canal and never lay on your side. I also don't like the cord. One side is longer than the other and I personally don't prefer my headphones that way. I'll probably pawn these off on one of the kids and buy something better.

Summary: Nice High Quality Earphones 2008-08-21
Comment: I did not buy these from Amazon but I did spot these in a corner store near me. I love the in ear type phones and the style is also. The sound quality is good because I'm hearing things I never herd before in the songs I listen to.It does a great job of blocking out noise on the train and They are comfortable to wear to bed.
