I use them every day, and so far, they are working just fine. I hope the wires can hold up for a while, as they appear to be very fine. The sound delivered is very good, and I must remember to check the settings before I plug the set in, so I'm not overwhelmed with sound.

I ordered two different pairs of headphones in case I wasn't happy with one, I'd have another to take on my trip. These have great sound, fit well, and fold nicely in my bag for my carry-on.

I'm glad I bought this. Got to use them on the 2nd week of December. This is my first headphones from jvc. The flat headphones has superior sound quality than the gumy (which I also bought and currently use in the office) and the ipod earphones (which I'm never going to use again). I don't know how I endured listening to the tinny sound coming from the ipod earphones. It's comfortable and doesn't hurt my head even if I use them for a couple of hours. I have small ears but the headphones barely cover them. It could pass as a headphones for kids. Hence, the belong to the category: "on-the-ear" headphones. I mostly use it with my laptop, iPod Touch and iPod nano. I'm no expert but I swear, I can hear the lightest sound in the background and the bass well enough to enjoy music and movies. A quality and affordable product from jvc. At $14.99, its worth the price!
