I didn't have high expectations, since I'd had a previous ifrogz product that failed quickly, but I didn't have many choices so i went with them. They sound OK; certainly reasonable for a product at this price level. The plastic earpieces frequently come off while i'm removing them. Finally, now, 2 or 3 months in, the right earbud has gone out; it's a bad connection at the microphone. I have carried them in a pouch left over from my other pair, and don't really use them much - only a couple times a week for an hour or two. I like "sound isolating" earbuds because I don't like to have listen to music loudly, just enough to enjoy it and distract me from office noise.
These earbuds block virtually no outside noise to begin with. On top of that they have the WORST 'internal' noise I've ever experienced. The cord noise is incredibly annoying and loud even when I'm sitting at a computer. It also seems to transmit vibrations from my desk such as typing or moving papers. I have other...Read more |
