Like the previous reviewer, I purchased these to see what the wood was all about. They work, sound better than expected for the price and seem very sturdy so far. Unfortunately, the noise from the cord rubbing on clothing when you move around is probably the worst I have ever heard. It's actually quite extreme. So, I gave these 3 stars, solely based on sound quality. If the cord noise where cut 80% I'd give them 5 stars. If you want to use these for running, walking, working out, etc, you're going to be disappointed. If you don't move, you'll be thrilled.

I picked these up by chance. I had been looking for a pair of earbuds made of wood. I was pleasantly surprised by the natural and deepness of the sound. The lows and the highs are very clear on these headphones. The mid's I would say are where they lack a bit of fullness. Seeing other reviews on the internet, this seems to be the consensus but most agree that this is a great pair of headphones for the money and has better bass than the previous version iFrogz EarPollution Timbre with Mic - Light They seem to be well made and the cord seems sturdy. They are comfortable in ear and do block a lot of background noise. It comes with 3 size inserts. I have small ears and used the smallest insert. They stay in my ears well but I do wish the small insert was a little smaller.
