Arrived in an envelope with a small piece of bubble wrap. The item was crushed and broken. lots of the rhinestones fell out. I sent it back. I'm a little surprised about the packaging. Most everything I received from Amazon is boxed and packaged well.

First time I've used these kind of ear buds and they aren't for me. They don't stay in my ears. The stones started to fall out of this pair and I had to glue them back on. Like the sound quality coming through though.
