Comment: Diabolically poor customer service.

Told in December new ones (BB4B) would be out in March so I opted to wait for them.

In June, they send me a replacement pair of the JB200s without any notification.

Comment: Exact some garbage happened to me. My JB-200 Freedom's broke shortly after I purchased them and I requested a warranty exchange. This was in January and they said the new product would be out in March. They since delayed the product at least twice WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING ME all the way back till August. I had to email them twice about the product I was expecting to arrive at any time to find out about these delays. Finally in early May I just asked for my money back which they gave me, less the shipping charges. This company's products look awesome and the brief experience I had with the Freedoms leave me no doubt that the bluebuds will be equally impressive but the way they handle their customers is ridiculous and unprofessional.
