Product Description
JVC research shows that consumers' biggest problem with in-ear headphones is their tendency to fall out. The HA-FX66 headphones tackle that problem by using a soft silicon rubber air cushion for the earpiece body. The result is an in-ear headphone that stays securely in place while remaining comfortable. What's more, the design also provides superior isolation from background noise, allowing the user to get the most out of the headphone's 8.5mm neodymium driver. Noise caused by cord movement is also minimized because of the headphone's Friction Noise Reduction Cord. vibration-proof structure. The HA-FX66 includes a carrying case for easy transport.

Summary: Best Fit, Sound Quality, and Price 2008-07-20
Comment: The fit of these JVC earbuds is the best I've tryed so far. The shape keeps them inserted against the ear canal in a fixed position so that the sound is always optimized. This also helps to keep them securely inserted. Other ear buds can turn within the ear and change the sound. Very annoying. Sound quality is great and price is very resonable. The only negative I've found is that the silicone earpieces come off too easily. When moving them, always look to see that they're still attached.

Summary: Exceptional in two ways.....so so in another 2008-05-31
Comment: First off, these headphones are way above the competition in price and comfort. There biggest plus is how amazingly well they fit into me ear. Yours' may be different, but the design of the headphones suggests that they would fit snugly in most people's ears.
Their sound is clear, precise, and bright. Like most earbuds, even those in the $100.00 plus range they fail to reproduce the the power of the lower end of the frequency spectrum....bass. But the sound is very pleasing and well rounded.
If you're looking for comfortable, good sounding headphones and don't want to spend $200.00 or more, these are the one's I would recommend.

Summary: Best ever, minus the "carrying case" 2008-03-19
Comment: Truly magnificent sound. Perfect product, but for two small issues:
The "carrying case" is a joke. Either it was designed by a rabid chimpanzee who was shaving itself with a straight razor whilst watching ripoffs of Gilligan's Island, with a Downs Syndrome-encrusted lunatic that kinda looks like a cross between Bob Dole and a giraffe (Paris Hilton) playing the lead, or I must be the least dexterous human being on the planet. And I know for a fact I'm more dexterous than at least a few people, Andy Richter and Karl Rove for instance. In the future, my advice to JVC would be to avoid using chimpanzees to design product accessories.
The cord is just a bit too short.
These are minor issues, as the purpose of earphones is to hear stuff through 'em and these are great at that. Five stars.

Summary: The Best Headphones I've Ever Owned 2008-03-07
Comment: These headphones are the most comfortable headphones with the best sound I have ever owned. And the price can't be beat. My only complaint is that the ear pieces fall off too easily and the replacements from JVC are way too expensive. I ordered some replacements and superglued them on. Based on the other strengths I'm giving these 5 stars anyway.

Summary: Product was defective. 2008-01-26
Comment: JVC Air Cushion In-Ear Headphones - Black
I could not wait to get these headphones because I am a big fan of JVC Products. However, when I recieved these Headphones they were defective and they appeared to be repackaged even though they were said to be brand new. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 months and have yet to receive my refund. And if that isn't bad enough I will not be refunded for having to use UPS to ship them back. And I must mention that my problem isn't with Amazon, it is with the supplier they use ANT ONLINE.
