Summary: Awful product 2008-09-21
Comment: At first glance these head phones may seem "pretty" or "comfy" but let me assure you they are neither. They were very painful to have in my ears for anything over 20 min. I used them to listen to my I-pod before I went to bed mostly and just from two weeks of mild use they busted. The glue melted and they popped apart in my ear. Don't waste your money!

Summary: Surpringly Good 2008-09-08
Comment: I picked these up for $10 from the college bookstore when my right headphone died. I was really concerned that these would suck, as the similiarly priced but horrible sony headphones I picked up a while ago did.
Positive
- Good sound! As a fan of heavy metal, rap and many other kinds of music I think these have plenty of bass.
- Cheap! They are $10, what more could you ask for?
- straight plug. I know this is a wierd one, but I hate those curved L headphone plugs, they annoy me to no end. These are nice and straight.
Negative
- As someone who usually doesn't wear earbuds, these are a little uncomfortable, but not horrible so.
- the cord is a little short for my tastes, I'd perfer another foot, or at least 6 inches.

Comment: I've had these earphones for months!
They never broke, I've stretched it, abused it, and I even dropped it in soup.
I bought this from a gas station a long time ago, for $9'99, there was one right next to it for $2 ..My brother bought the cheap ones and they broke a week later..he probably bought around 10 of those cheap earphones ($2) by now, and they all broke..but as I said, I still have my Gumy earphones after all this time :)
I don't know what the other people are talking about, I find them very comfortable and very good in terms of sound quality, I think these are worth a lot more than $9.99 - I would pay $30 for these ..
I got more than what I expected and I'd gladly buy it again...if..and that is IF they break.

Summary: Eh they are ok 2008-04-14
Comment: I got these as a replacement for my iPod headphones and really they aren't quite as good. The sound is very "tinny" and seems to have a more shrill treble with lacking bass. I've compensated for it by turning up the bass on my iPod but this is just a terrible solution and also doesn't sound "right."
I'd return them but they are so cheap I'll just replace them with something else when they break. I wouldn't recommend these for anyone who wants a set of ear buds that are better than the iPod's.
