I've had these for over 2 years now (I've bought them from a store not Amazon.com) I like them so much when I first used them that I went back to the same store and bought a red pair as a backup. I still haven't had to open my second pair yet.
I use these earbuds with my iPod, laptop, and iPad2. There a very durable product. I even bought my wife a pair of pink ones a little over a year ago. She loves them too.

PROS
- I bought it for $10
- Nice color
- Can last more than 6 months (~$1.25/month)
- Works very well
CONS
- not GUMMY as name implies. It's actually hard like any other earbuds out there.
- Break easily. One of the speaker covers popped out on me but I was able to fit it right back in there.
- may SHOCK your ears (once or twice during the summer)
- Doesn't have huge bass power
All in all, I would buy it if you're looking for a cheap fashionable headphone rather that putting out $40 for Apple headphones. If you're looking for a PROFESSIONAL headphone, keep on looking bub. Works great for an average music lover.

I love these headphones, they're inexpensive yet produce really good sound quality for the price and are REALLY comfortable in ear.
