JVC HAF91 Earbud Headphone

When I bought these I was mainly looking for a long enough cord to be able to put my MP3 player in my pocket. Not only is the cord legnth great but so is the sound. I didn't expect the sound quality to be so good in such an inexpensive product. The cord also has a built in volume control so I don't have to dig the player out of my pocket to adjust the volume. The buds are quite comfortable, I have worn them for hours at a time with no problem. I love these!

I bought two of these as Amazon was selling them for $2.65 a piece sometime back (I guess they were on sale when I bought them), and they are just marvalous for such a bargain price. Its a no frills earphone, with nice stereo sound. Plus point is it also has volume control located on the wire, so if my MP3 player is in my pocket and suddenly if I have to reduce volume to speak to someone, I use the earphone volume control, or if one song in the middle of my playlist is too loud, I can adjust the volume easily. Only negative point would be that the earbuds do not have the foam cover (or whatever they are called) that standard earphones have, but I do not feel any difference.

I purchased these in 2006, and I still use them to this day. They receive moderate use of 2-3 time a week on my bicycle commute to work. The volume control still works fine, and the sound quality is great for such a low priced item. There have been quite a few times where they were yanked, dropped, or just rough handled, and no damage was done. If you can find a set of these today, grab them, you won`t be disappointed!!!
