I find most headphones uncomfortable. I've never been able to wear ear buds before because they hurt too much. But over-the-head models also begin to hurt after a while as they crush the tops of my ears. Maybe I have weird ears! After countless buys, I was thrilled to find the marshmallows so comfortable. They are absolutely perfect. And they cut out a great deal of ambient noise. Even more than some noise-cancelling headphones.

I had an older model for years. The soft part began to dry and crack. I dealt with it for another year, but eventually had to cave to get new ones. I couldn't find them again, and once again tried 4 other models and was disappointed. Finally I searched online and found these. YAY!!! And much better color choices now. These are shaped even better, and the left and right can be identified by shape without having to find the tiny R and L. The wires are also very soft and flexible.

I bought my headphones nearly two years ago and have used them almost daily. I've slept with them in and rolled all over them, even. I usually wind them up around my ipod when I'm not using them. Sometimes I shove the ipod with earphones loosely into my purse and they get bumped a lot. Even through almost 2 years of doing that, they are the only model I can find that sounds good and doesn't break! The only thing that I noticed was, the wires are a little thicker, and in the cold they get very stiff. BUT...I'm still giving this a 5 star. It annoys me too much when other models with thinner wires start to break and all you can hear is noise from one ear. That's not happened yet with these. I love them and want to buy another pair, just to make sure I have one.

I love these babies, they sound great, I can wear them for hours without re-adjusting or feeling uncomfortable and I would argue are undervalued. On top of that I forgot to take them out of my gym shorts and they survived a full cycle through the wash, they sound the same as they did before I put them in. I wouldn't recommend washing them, but buy them for sure!
