I've been listening to music with green KEB20. I used it for biking, running and many other everyday activities.
Green plastic detached from the white body, the film covering the inner dynamic was lost. But that(4star for construction) didn't matter as I kept enjoying the sound isolated from other noises. Silicone cover is great.
It held around 8-10 months!
As I experienced better earphones KSC75 I mark sound quality with 4 stars

These Koss earbuds are the only earbuds I've ever been able to tolerate. I find ordinary earbuds to be extremely uncomfortable and can't use them, but these are good because of the soft ends, which come in three sizes in the package for better fit and comfort. We use our Koss earbuds every time we fly to listen to DVDs of movies and TV shows, and they enable us to hear the program over the engine noise. Before we had these, we discovered that ordinary headphones let in too much airplane engine noise and we couldn't hear the DVDs at maximum volume. I can't comment on the sound quality for music.

I avoid spending too much money on earbuds because I have a habit of ruining them fairly quickly, so I decided to purchase these because a) they were inexpensive and b) I heard Koss was a good brand. Based on the image, I was hoping these would be foam plugs like most of Koss earphones since I have small ear canals and needed something that was small and soft enough to stick into my ears-- but that's my fault for not reading the specs well enough.
These are the first pair whose small cushions are actually small enough to fit in my ears. They have good base and really do isolate noise.

Side note: For those who are really picky about the appearance of them, the cushions are actually white and the plugs aren't transparenty like the image.
