Summary: excellent choice for listening 2008-09-07
Comment: I purchased the headphones after reading other reviews. I love the sound and the phones are lightweight. I think they would be an excellent choice to use with an ipod. I tried the ear plugs but they fall out to easily

Summary: Do not fit well 2008-09-05
Comment: These headphoes are light, but you need to press them against your ears to fully hear the sound. There is no good position that I could find that these headphones would sit on my head comfortably. They keep slipping. On the top of that, after half an hour or so I start feeling pressure and slowly getting a headache.
Maybe if you have a smaller head they might work for you, but not for me (I do have a larger than average head). I will be looking for a new pair as these are much worse than I expected, even for this price range.

Summary: good sound but a bit big 2008-09-01
Comment: Maybe I just have a small head. A little modifying with an exacto and superglu,I got them to fit. I didn't care for the blue strap which wasn't helping anyway. They are one of the best headphones I have owned. I like the volume control when I'm working outside and I can quickly turn it down if someone needs my attention.

Summary: New to headphones Koss KTXPro1 2008-08-25
Comment: Purchased the headphones based on reviews and I was not disappointed. They are used on a Sansa View MP3 player. Phones rest on the ears and that is the style I wanted; no heat build up.

Summary: ok for the price 2008-08-20
Comment: i had bought these headphones based on a review that compared them to the optimus pro 25 so i allready had high expectations (made by koss). these headphones are ok but no where near as good as the old pro 25's. compared to the old headphones the sound is a little muddy (treble is not as defined and midrange is more prominant), keep in mind a am very picky. not the incredible deal the old headphones were but they are just ok better then the cheapy headphones they would package along with most products. actually if you don't mind about having to increase the treble and the bass to get rid of some of the mid range and give you clearer highs they aren't as bad as I make them out to be (but still not the 25's). they are louder than the 25's
i should mention if you ears move with these headphones on you can hear the plastic creak but you could probably just grease where the plastic meets and be done with it.
