Summary: Light Beat Headphones 2001-05-28
Comment: This is a great prouduct it has grat sound. It also has lights that will keep your friends asking where did you buy those. A drawback is that the lights stop after 40 sec. so if you want them to stay on you have to keep switching them back on.

Summary: They don't fit! 2001-04-05
Comment: I really can't believe it! I don't consider myself to have a large head. I even have another pair of headphones that are like these and they fit. I really just wanted a better quality headphone. Are they making these for kids only? Was there a note in the description that says you should have a small head in order to use these? Thank goodness they weren't that expensive. I guess this is one time that going to the store and trying headphones on is the way to go for this style of headphone.

Summary: How flashy! 2001-01-12
Comment: I bought these headphones because I thought they looked pretty cool and were well-priced. Also because they are the cool wrap-around style that won't muss your do. I'm mostly satisfied with my purchase, but there are a few points that could be improved upon.First things first: the flashing lights are neato, but they will only flash if your music is loud enough for the headphones to register the sound. I bought these to use at work with my CD player. I like the fact that the headphones flash so my coworkers know that I can't hear them talking to me, but I usually listen to my music at a low level at work and the lights won't flash when the volume is low. I find myself in a strange catch-22; either I listen to my music loudly so the lights will flash, or I listen to it quitely so I can hear the folks around me (and don't get the flash factor). Secondly, what looks like a seperate volume control is actually a seperate battery pod for the headphones. It's good that the flashing has its own power source, but I really thought it was a volume control--I was bummed. It does have an on/off function to turn of the lights if you're not feeling particularly flashy. Oh, and the pack comes with a spare set of cell-type batteries for the headphones. Lastly, the wrap-around style is nice because it doesn't leave that tell-tale ring around your hair. They're a little awkward to put on, though--especially if you have long hair like me. I have to put them around my neck, then get my hair out of the way, then adjust the ear pieces...I find my hair falls in my face all the time because there is nothing holding it back (like with conventional headphones). No biggie though, I'll take the hair in the face over the flat-hair-syndrome any day! Overall, these headphones are well built, nice to look at, emit a good sound, and are well-priced. They also have a single cord running from the left earphone, so you don't have to deal with tangled cords. If you need a pair and want to feel flashy...then buy 'em!

Summary: These Headphones are the Best! 2001-01-09
Comment: I really like these headphones because of the flashing lights. Wherever I go people say:"Oh, wow, those are so cool, Mom, can I get them?" They also have good sound. They don't fall off your head easily, too. So, my recommendation is that if you like having really cool gadgets, get these, they're awesome!
