Heres how they were. They can not play bass at all! You can barely hear it on hip hop music so dont even think of hearing it on rock. The trebble is quite high but still, the audio quality that these headphones is poor. They make my mp3s sound as if im streaming them from the internet on a free service (Low quality). I was way better off with the manufacturers headphones for my Panasonic cd player. But alas, those broke. By This review is from: Maxell NB-303F Folding Stereo Neckband Headphones (Electronics) Bought these a few years ago, then didn't use them immediately. A few nights ago I finally opened the package and pulled them out. I went to put them on and SNAP, the headband broke at the hinge in the middle. Not "came apart but was able to snap together" -- permanently broken. So I can't tell you anything about how good they sound or how comfortable they are, because they didn't last long enough to put on the first time. Hence the title of my review. And while the package claims that they have a lifetime warranty, the "details inside" say it's for 90 days. Gee, nothing deceptive there! Offhand, I can't recall a less satisfactory experience with any product that I have ever purchased. Good-bye forever, Maxell. This review is from: Maxell NB-303F Folding Stereo Neckband Headphones (Electronics) The first one arrived pre-broken in that the cheap wiring was already damaged at the point where it enters the headphones. We returned it. The second one lasted three wearings before the wiring inside broke - again, right where it enters the headphones. Of course, since the second one work, we assumed it was okay and threw away the packaging. I won't ever do that again. What a TOTAL WASTE of money. |
