Panasonic RP-HJE450-K In-Ear Earbud ErgoFit Design Accoustic Precision Control System (Black)

Upgraded from a cheaper Panasonic model and sounds better- but the design hurts the ears. The molding/circumference is too large for small ears.

I was carefully shopping for an in-ear and thought this product would be promising.

It has specs worth beyond it's price and Panasonic is a rather reputable brand.

But i was somewhat dissapointed by its performance. The sound produced was very musky and lacks clarity; much like listening to your music with a thin barrier in between. I fiddled with the equalizers and everything but nothing helped.

I does however, hold well in the ear and produced remarkable bass.

I sent it back and purchased the Kilpsch Image S4 instead, though it costs about double. It's not perfect but sounded better than this one.

First, I'm listening to these Panasonic earbuds (model RP-HJE450-K) right now and they are great for the price. I have a $150 pair of Bose and they match on the upper and mid range sounds as well or better than the Bose. However these lack a little on the low sounds. These buds have an extremely crisp sound and have an awesome range as the specs show. Before you buy, compare the specs below against what you are comparing. I did and couldn't find anthing in this price range that was close. This pair comes with 3 different earbud covers for different ear sizes so you can switch out based on preference. I don't review much on Amazon but I felt it was worth sharing.
