The headphones work well, decent quality sound but the microphone doesn't work on my laptop! I have an acer with two jacks and but no success. On my laptop, the microphone doesn't receive any sound. I am able to use the microphone with my phone so I guess I can't be too mad. The button needs to be bigger so that it's easier to press. Make sure that the provider specifies that the headphones' microphone will work on your specific laptop....you'll be less depressed.
