Philips SHL5500/28 Headband Headphone (Red/Black)

I picked up this headphone yesterday after much research on the web and stores. I compared this with JVC HA-RX500 and BOSE In-Ear. I have to say that this exceeds my expectation of what I paid.

I loved the quality of the product (i.e. short and tangle free flat cable, connection jack etc)
Really clean, elegant design. Loved the metalic red bar, soft foam. The headphone looks so much elegant than any other I have seen so far.
Sound quality is excellent. I don't know if it has break-in period but it sounds very good right out of the box compared to Bose In-Ear. If you are looking for a headphones with extra bass then this is not the right kind.

I've been looking for a good pair of cans I can wear all day, both at the office or while I walk or take the train. I tried several pairs from Sony to Skullcandy, and they all eventually hurt or overheat my ears. Also I wear glasses, so that's another important thing for me.
This cans are not only comfortable (memory foam pads are awesome) but they also have a great sound. Very clear, even at high volumes. They provide good isolation from external noise and don't leak any sound that could disturb others.
I've been wearing them all day for a few weeks and I love them.

I love these headphones! They are comfortable and have excellent sound quality. I only wish they had just one wire coming out of the left ear as opposed to one going to each ear, although the cable is tangle free. These headphones sound like some 150 dollar plus headphones I have listened to. Don't hesitate to purchase these, you won't regret it!!!!
