I've had theses headphones for about two weeks.
Pros: Very comfortable to wear. The earpiece cushions are a soft fabric rather than leather or imitation leather which cause my ears/cheeks to sweat if I wear them for awhile. Also the cushion part is removable both for battery replacement and to wash them.
The sound is real good. You get clarity and good stereo separation.

Cons: The battery life is NOT 10 hours as stated. I get about 5-6 hours on a charge. It just means I have to put them on the charger every night. Also the stated range of 100-150 feet is not true. I'm getting about half that range. I can make it to the bathroom and still hear the show if the commercials end before I get back.

I got these yesterday to replace my deceased WHP01s. These seem a little more comfortable. The swivel of the ear piece make these very comfortable I slept in them last night (noisy neighbors). If you pick the right DVD, it is a bit like having someone read you a bedtime story.

I had no trouble setting them up. The sound is very good. I love ease of controlling the volume. Just push on the top or bottom of the right earpiece. They should advertise this.

I'm not sure about how long they go before needing recharging, but they did last all night.

I wore them out to the mailbox without loosing the sound.

I would buy these again. I wish they made a headset like these with a mic.

If there is anything to add I will update this.

I bought these as I live in an apartment and at night being quiet for your neighbors is a must. I got them for the bedroom and they work great.
