Good:
- Very comfortable because there is hardly any clamping strength and they are extremely light

Mediocre:
- Lows. At high volumes using a powered system (listening at home using a receiver) these definitely had some strength. At low volumes (listening at work) these headphones seem lacking
- Weird "veil" on the high sounds
- The cloth ear pads make noise when moving around
- The cloth ear pads make the sides of my face itchy

Bad:
- Nothing really *bad* about these headphones. These are decent, comfortable headphones, but I have left them behind for other similarly priced headphones

I let these headphones burn in over night and the sound seems to have opened up a bit. At lower volumes the bass is still there, and the highs seem to have opened up a little bit, although they still seem to have what others would call a "veil". I just bought these headphones last Wednesday, and I have to say that the sound quality is superb. Outstanding bass with rich mids and lows. They are so comfortable that I have wore them for hours in the office without getting a headache, or any kind of pain. When I listen to my music with these, it sounds so clear that I have heard instruments that I didn't know were there. They worth every penny!

Another great feature is that the cord is just 1.4 mm (like a regular earbud) and does not get to tangle to often, so they're perfect to have them everywhere I go.

Item shipped quickly, the conditions were just how they were reported on the site. Excellent sound quality for what I paid for, these headphones were practically new except it did not have its original box which I did not care.
