The Sennheiser MX75 Sport Line Stereo Headphones with Twist-to-Fit System combines a flashy neon green profile with a convenient twist-to-fit design that ensures stability while you're out jogging. The two earpieces contain rubber stoppers that press against the outer ear to further enhance stability, and a cable clip is included to hold the headphones to your clothes when they're not in use. Then, you can put them in the included vinyl carrying case for storage. The headphones themselves deliver low-end bass and drum clarity together with crispness in mid-range frequencies, and the overall sound quality is comparable with Sennheiser's studio headphones.

Summary: They stay-put and are good for runners 2008-08-20
Comment: Comfortable, inexpensive, decent quality ear phones. Certainly not the best sound quality but I use them while running and they do not fall out of my ears.

Summary: Great Headphones 2008-08-19
Comment: I have used these headphones this summer. While comfortable fit is a very personal impression, I find that they are extremely well fitting and comfortable for me. As for the sound quality....these are the best sounding headphones that I have owned. The phone fits tightly in the ear and thus keeps the easy to lose bass at the recorded level.
Some people have said that they have trouble keeping the headphones in place i.e. they fall off. These phones stay-put on my head.
The directions could be more helpful. Intuition has you insert the buds and twist the bottom lever to the rear; but this does not work. Place the buds in the ears and twist the lever forward. Here they will stay tightly in place. If you have trouble, try the other rubber insert sizes that accompany the product.
For years now some headphone manufacturers (read Sony) have made a good headphone very mediocre by having the speaker face toward the front and not directly at the ear canal. This causes an enormous amount of bass to be lost. To verify this, just twist the forward facing speakers to beam directly into the ear; what a huge difference. These phones face directly into the ear canal.
As always, Sennheiser again makes a superior product!

Summary: NOT slippery when wet 2008-08-19
Comment: Love these! They don't slip out no matter how much I sweat. I have small ears and have had a hard time finding earphones that are comfortable and will stay in my ears. These are it. It took a few tries to figure out how they were most comfortable for me, but now that I have, I wouldn't wear anything else. I have comfortably worn them for up to a 2 hour run, and the sound quality is excellent.

Summary: WARNING! THIS IS NOT WORKING LIKE WHAT THEY TELL YOU! 2008-08-19
Comment: I have been shopping here at amazon.com for a long time and am always very satisfied with their products. However, after several unhappy experiences, I decided to write this down and see if they can improve the quality of this product.
I am a runner and usually run 7 miles a day, 4 time a week, and I use my ipod while running. I used to use the original white ipod headphones, and it started to get wet(from sweating) and stop working few months ago. I saw many good reviews here at amazon.com about this "Sennheiser MX75 Twist-To-Fit In-Ear Stereo Sport Headphones", and I placed an order at July/11/2008. The package came very fast, and I started to use it.
All I want to say is DO NOT BUY IT. I have nothting to recommand it except the nice carry case.
First of all, the sound quality is not as good as the original ipod headphones. I did not like ipod headphones, but after this Sennheiser set, I found that Ipod headphones are much nicer.
Second, the cord is way too long. I do not understand what kind of sports or activities need this long cord. It is either unconvenient when I am running, or storing them into my gym bag. It is very annoying that you have to spend time deal with it when you need them.
The last complain is the biggest issue I have, and decide to write this review. IT IS "NOT" sweat and water resistant!!!! again, IT IS NOT! It worked fine the first few days. After the first week, the phonesets would stop working properly after about 3 or 4 miles run. It is just getting worse and worse. Today is August 18, and it stopped working even I just had a easy 15 minutes jog. (and I am a 130 pounds normal guy who DOES NOT sweat a lot!)
I know this is a award winning product because I read it in ID magazine, and I always believe good reviews here. However, this headphones either have qualty contral problems, or don't work like what they expected. All I can say is do not waste your money on this, or you will start to write your first review just like me.

Summary: Lacking quality- 2008-08-17
Comment: The cord is very thin and does not lay flat it is like a plastic tube with a piece of dental floss in it and has zero heft and the sound quality is not very good. The ear clip is very unique but lacking comfort for my ears. I will not use these for running again I was pretty disappointed in the performance and comfort. I am keeping them for my sea-doo because it is not worth the time to return them but if I had it to do over again I would not have purchased them. I think I am going to try an over the head headphone system for running these just aren't the solution I was looking for to keep the ear buds in my ears while running. I recommend keep on looking! And the color is pretty awful too.
