There is no doubt Shure makes among the best earphones out there...
That being said, I will tell you why you should NOT buy specifically the Shure I2C-M Stereo Earphones / Headset. I bought mine for $59 which I thought was a steal because they listed originally for $119 and now the price is even cheaper...
The problem is a manufacturing flaw due to the specific kind of plastic that they are using to sleeve the wiring that goes from the mic to the earphones. The design of these earphones is such that the wires are to go around the top of the ear , giving the wires support while earphone rests in ear. A good idea, when you get used to it. Well the plastic sleeving is too brittle and after wearing them for 3 months, the plastic covering of the wire WILL split open, because the wire is always bent around the ear when worn.
