Summary: Triple Flange are better 2007-12-30
Comment: I bought these before finding the triple flange. These don't fit as well, don't sound isolate as well, and put the hard part of the headphone in your ear which is not as comfortable as the triple flange which only puts soft stuff in your ear.

Summary: Comfortable and secure 2006-12-31
Comment: These are my favorite of all the rubber sleeves I've ever used on my assorted collection of ear canal headsets. They are a bit sticky so once you get them in there they stay in really well; can easily be removed and replaced (unlike the foam ones which are admittedly more comfortable). Here's my trick, on an airplane I put a rubber sleeve on one side and foam on the other ear. The foam one stays in there for the duration, if a stewardess or somebody comes up to me I pop the rubber one out so I can hear and respond (talk about good sound isolation!) and then I pop it back in. Eventually these will get slippery and lose their sticking power; then its time to buy these replacements :)
