When you get the CBL-M-+K cable along with the SE215-CL Shure earphones you get the best of both worlds. I use these earbuds for my iPhone 4S and the sound is incredible. The buds fit sideways in your ears and the added noise cancelation is great in loud environments. The adaptor has the built in mike and function buttons to control your iPhone. You will end up shelving the Shure "Clear Cord" cable unless you have an iPod, iPad or tablet or a product that just needs earbuds only. Not cheap, but will worth the money if you want quality sound and a product that will last a life-time. Easy to insert in your ears and they "DO NOT" fall out!
