I'm a 50+ year old executive who uses these with his iPhone. I listen to audio recordings, video, radio (ooTunes app is awesome), but mostly I use my iPhone as a PHONE.
I've washed these in the laundry -- twice -- and they work good as new. Mind you it took them a couple days to fully dry out, first one earphone, then the other, then the switch started working.
I carry them in my pockets: jeans front and back, suit jacket, doesn't matter. Like I said, INDESTRUCTIBLE.
They STAY in your ear.
Unlike the apple earbuds, THEY ARE COMFORTABLE.
Best of all, they are harder to lose than a bluetooth cordless, and people can tell I'm listening to something, so they don't interrupt when I'm on a call.
I've had these for nine months -- longer than my apple buds lasted, by far.

pros:
Great sound quality
All metal
Very durable
Cons:
dosent keep sount in your ears (if at a low volume, everyone around you can hear it)
Short cord
REALY gold, alot more than the picture shows
All in all, i would recomend this product.

seriously amazing headphones for such a cheap price. use it on my blackberry and ipod touch for phone calls and skype respectively. The quality is just amazing. The technical side to the quality of sound is very impressive. Great specs
