These headphones were AMAZING, they both, look great, and sound great, especially the bass slider it has which comes in handy. I like how the cord is more like, miniature rope rather than rubber or silicon so it feels better in your hands, and the extra ear buds it comes with come in handy too. Definitely recommended. Best part about these, they came in 2 days after buying on standard shipping XD aweesome~!

The buds fit in the ear well but I found the sound to be very bad. These broke on me after a week.

I purchased this because my 2 month old Woodees Classic IEM's are having a connection problem and are being shipped back next week. I wanted a decent backup set.

The bass response is not as accurately produced, and dominates the mid and high frequencies, but is softer in comparison. Volume sounds softer at the same settings. Fit feels awkward, but surprisingly it stays in better the the Woodees even if a shake my head or jog. The cord is a lot sturdier as well.

With the Woodees, everything is balanced almost perfectly, though it sounds a bit bright, and the bass response is quick, deeper, and compliments the mids and highs so nicely. There is a drastic difference in volume, making the Woodees sound twice as loud.

Overall, the Skullcandy Smokin Buds are okay. It costs about $25, compared to $45 for the Woodees. The fact that they feel more durable and stay in my ears better...Read more
