Sleek Audio W-1 Wireless Earphone Transmitter (Black)

I'm an audiophile and all around gear head. I have owned Grado SR325s, Bose IEMs, high end Sonys, and top of the line Sure e4s . I currently own a pair of Grado SR60s and still have the Sures.

I've been listening to the W1 paired with the SA-1 earbuds for several days now. They are hands down the best sounding earbuds I have ever owned, easily beating my Grado SR 60s in back to back tests. The Sures don't even come close - too bright, lacking midrange and bass. The Grado SR60s sound good, but flat compared to these. they are also uncomfortable and have an enormous, thick cord that snags on everything. The Bose "on ear" buds were my previous favorite, but the sound was very colored - heavy bass, anemic highs, just ok midrange. They died when the cord failed.

Then there are the CRAP Motorolla bluetooth wireless headphones I bought last year. They are barely tolerable as hands free headsets for my IPhone, absolute GARBAGE for music. Stick your speakers in the...Read more

I bought the W1 head set and paired it with the SA6 headphones and it worked tremendously. The sound quality was amazing better then any earbud type headset I have ever listened to. I used these multiple times a day between going to the gym and watching movies unless there was multiple solid objects in the way I never had any kinds of troubles. the wireless range on it was rather impressive (30feet or so)with no loss in sound quality. All in all I was very pleased, that is until they stopped working. The receiver decided one day that it was just not going to turn on or charge. I got a hold of Sleek and I was able to send the headset back and they will ship me a new one when they receive it.

I bought this item for my wife so that she could run on the treadmill and watch TV without having to turn the volume up to defcon 5 levels to hear it. The product worked just as promised. The attachment to the earphone jack is very simple and the setup and charging is very simple. The other benefit is it will work with any Cell Phone that has a 3.5mm jack and that makes it great for trips when your partner is asleep and you want to listen to some music you have stored on your phone or MP3. I would definitely recommend the product. Wish it had a little more volume on the device but the overall satisfaction is great.
