Summary: great customer service 2008-07-21
Comment: I didn't actually get the headphones I ordered. They got damaged when preparing for shipment and it was the last pair in stock. So they contacted me and asked if was OK to ship a better pair at no extra charge. I thought it was a great effort on their part. I got a free upgade. Great customer service.
