This review is from: Swivel Ear-cup Headphones (Electronics) These inexpensive Jensen headphones sound about as good as can be expected for a pair under $15 with volume controls. "Decent" is the perfect word to describe nearly every aspect of these phones, save for one very important need.
With so many people using small, wearable MP3 players, most inexpensive headphones have less than 40 inches of cord. That's a big problem if you need more length. After searching all over the Internet, these phones are one of the few I could find that had a longer cord (about 8 feet). Will these phones last? Probably not, given the price, but only time will tell. My advice: If you need a long cord, want decent sound, and want to pay less than $15, these are the phones to get. UPDATE: My 9-year-old son has used these for more than a year now. Guess what? They're still in great shape, despite having taken some beating--a very pleasant surprise. By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Swivel Ear-cup Headphones (Electronics) I was very pleased with this Headphone. I had looked everywhere for them, and was surprised they were so inexpensive. Love the volume control and the long 8-ft. cord. Highly recommend them......
By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Swivel Ear-cup Headphones (Electronics) These Jensen swivel cup headphones are mechanically fine but lacking in sound quality. Male speakers sound as though they are in a large metal drum, echoing excessively. I find this annoying and will look elsewhere for replacement. The right angle plug and inline volume control are a requirement for me and worked well.
