This review is directed at both AMAZON and Beach Audio, the advertisement at AMAZON I feel is misleading (see below), but the "return product service" at Beach Audio was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and needs a rating of at least a -5 that is (NEGATIVE 5) or the worst possible rating that can be given. Below is part of one of the several e-mails sent to Beach Audio in attempting to receive a full refund, to this date NO RESPONSE has ever been received from Beach Audio regarding a full refund and the only information received was simply the return shipping instructions.
The reason for return is these Headphones are NOT for home use. My Father purchased these wireless headphones online from Amazon, his intent when he made his selection and purchase was to allow both he and my mother to listen to TV programs in their home, my Dad is 87 and my Mom is 83 years old and they weren't even aware that people used wireless headphones in automobiles!
